Spent xmas at a hotel. The room was comfy and provided all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay including a TV and clean towels. We rented a car and it was easy to find our way around the city because the hotel is in a great location close to tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made it easier for us to have a good time.
We had a small inconvenience during our stay. , the TV in our parents' room was not working, which put a damper on their experience.

During my new year stay, there were a couple of things I enjoyed about this hotel. the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions. Lastly, I appreciated the friendly staff that was more than willing to assist us with any request that we had.
For example, the breakfast was not up to par with what I expected and could have been improved. there were certain issues with the facilities that needed fixing, such as the lights not working properly and the water temperature being inconsistent.
